Day 59 of 100
Every night, when you go to bed, remind yourself: I may not wake up. Then live accordingly.
Seneca (paraphrased)

The Story

Seneca urged people to live with urgency, not anxiety. He didn't mean to fear death — but to honour it. By remembering how short life is, you remember to cherish your time, forgive more easily, and act on what matters. Seneca often ended his day by reviewing his actions: What did I do well? What could I improve? In this habit, life was not wasted — only used.

Key Learning

Live as if each day counts — because one day, it will be your last.
